Price and Unit Information
Preliminary Unit Information Proposed unit sizes and prices:
One bedroom and two bedroom units might be convertible to include an additional bedroom. 80% of units will be reserved for households with incomes at or below 120% of area median income. Qualifying households may also be eligible for subsidies: No more than 100% of Area Median Income $10,000 (This subsidy is forgiven over four years of owner occupancy.) 61% to 80% of Area Median Income, up to $20,000 Below 60% of Area Median Income, up to $30,000 (This subsidy is a low-interest loan with no payments due until the home is sold.) These subsidies are available for purchase of units priced at $195,000 or less. Area Median Income Limits:
An additional subsidy may be available. If the project qualifies, it would be available to buyers of any income level: Difficult to develop area (DDA) purchase price subsidy, up to $20,000 Buyers must qualify for a mortgage at the purchase price. |
